Job Summary

Partner with Sales and Customer Success to optimize the revenue engine for a GTM organization. You’ll validate complex SaaS deals, review commissions, and manage ARR/ACV cycles while protecting margins. Build Tableau dashboards tracking North Star metrics (ARR, ACV, Net Retention, LTV/CAC) and support monthly/quarterly booking forecasts. Collaborate on business cases and revenue recognition impacts, and translate financial modeling into actionable decision support for non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a finance business partner for teams in your scope, providing the story behind the numbers to influence strategic decisions through financial modeling.
•Own financial validation for complex SaaS deals, including payment terms and booking rules; evaluate renewal health and review approval requests.
•Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards tracking ARR, ACV, Net Retention, and LTV/CAC to support reporting and insight needs.
•Support monthly and quarterly booking forecast processes, identifying risks and opportunities between pipeline reality and financial targets.
•Drive validation of complex commission structures and partner on business cases for new features, assessing impacts to billing models and revenue recognition.

Key Requirements

•4+ years progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Sales Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
•High proficiency in Tableau (dashboard creation/data visualization), advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce) with power query and financial modeling.
•Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and commercial/finance acumen to protect long-term revenue.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
•Ability to translate complex financial data into narratives for non-finance stakeholders; comfort in a fast-paced, remote-first culture.
