Operate and monitor production equipment to prepare and cook baked goods for 1st shift operations in an onsite manufacturing environment. Inspect products for color, appearance, and quality, remove non-conforming items, and record ingredient temperatures during production. Follow food safety requirements including CCP/ HACCP and GMP, complete required cleaning tasks, and communicate any quality, safety, or equipment concerns to the Production team leader. Support frequent overtime and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and cook products according to established recipes and production specifications.
•Observe baked goods for quality and remove non-conforming product from the line.
•Inspect products during production, report quality issues, and check and record ingredient temperatures.
•Operate production equipment and make minor adjustments using basic tools.
•Follow safety procedures, CCP/HACCP and GMP requirements, complete cleaning tasks, and communicate concerns to the Production team leader.
