Manage first-line credit risk responsibilities within the Business Credit Office (BCO), supporting Relationship Managers with end-to-end credit and lending servicing. Own the credit servicing journey, perform customer outreach, research, financial and credit analysis, coordinate credit applications and renewals, and manage risk escalation. Ensure underwriting and lending processes are reliable and compliant, protect the bank as a first line of defense, and continuously improve productivity and client experience through technology and training initiatives.
