Job Summary

Maintain and repair production equipment by covering shifts, completing maintenance work orders, and assisting with troubleshooting to resolve equipment and production issues. Read and interpret ladder logic, pneumatic, instrumentation, hydraulic, and electrical drawings and manuals, using precision measurement tools and electrical meters. Perform routine planned maintenance and basic troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, automation, and PLC-related problems, following all plant safety rules and PPE requirements.

•Provide shift coverage with general repair skills on all production equipment.
•Document assigned reports and maintenance work orders for work performed.
•Collaborate with maintenance, process, and production personnel to solve equipment and production issues.
•Use precision measuring tools and electrical meters for diagnostics and maintenance tasks.
•Perform routine planned maintenance and basic troubleshooting of electronic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4,160 hours as a maintenance electro/mechanical technician in a manufacturing facility or demonstrated equivalent skill.
•Ability to read and interpret ladder logic, pneumatic, instrumentation, hydraulic and electrical drawings and manuals.
•Experience troubleshooting AC and DC motors, starters, PLC, capacitance and inductive sensors, relays, and related components.
•Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work safely in and around manufacturing equipment.
•Achieve a minimum score of 60 on the most recent hourly performance appraisal.
