  • •Collaborate with maintenance, process, and production personnel to solve equipment and production issues.
  • •Use precision measuring tools and electrical meters for diagnostics and maintenance tasks.
  • •Perform routine planned maintenance and basic troubleshooting of electronic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4,160 hours as a maintenance electro/mechanical technician in a manufacturing facility or demonstrated equivalent skill.
  • •Ability to read and interpret ladder logic, pneumatic, instrumentation, hydraulic and electrical drawings and manuals.
  • •Experience troubleshooting AC and DC motors, starters, PLC, capacitance and inductive sensors, relays, and related components.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work safely in and around manufacturing equipment.
  • •Achieve a minimum score of 60 on the most recent hourly performance appraisal.
