Senior Project Manager - Fit Out

Lead the delivery of large-scale interior fit-out projects from feasibility through design coordination, procurement, execution, and final handover. Serve as primary client-facing advisor while building trusted relationships and managing expectations. Develop project governance, cost, schedule, risk/issue mitigation, and quality control frameworks, and ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and health & safety requirements. Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams and mentor junior project managers to drive continuous improvement.
