Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, integrate, and optimize Darktrace solutions to meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • •Discuss, propose, and implement robust solution architectures for complex deployments across network, cloud, OT, and email environments.
  • •Manage customer support tickets for technical issues and proactively engage to maintain healthy deployments.
  • •Maintain and enhance communication between go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations.
  • •Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced in a similar post-sales role implementing cyber defense tools and protecting networks from security threats.
  • •Advanced knowledge of computer networking protocols (LAN/WAN), cyber security principles, and the OSI reference model.
  • •Broad understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices.
  • •Proficiency in OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model.
  • •Advanced knowledge and/or certifications with industry vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks.
