Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure personal, crew, and job site safety at all times and participate in training on new products, installation methodology, and safety.
  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is adequately stocked.
  • •Complete layout and assemble solar modules, racking, mounts, electrical equipment, and tools per the project plan.
  • •Apply weather sealing to roofing structure, building, or support mechanisms.
  • •Perform project clean up for both the client site and the installation vehicle to maintain a clean work environment.
