Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning and execution of moderate to highly complex Accounting Transformation initiatives from intake through delivery and sustainment.
  • •Partner with project sponsors and business, technology, audit, and operations stakeholders to define objectives, scope, timelines, budget, resources, success measures, and governance.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated project plans and artifacts (e.g., RAID logs, communication plans, decision trackers) and facilitate project meetings.
  • •Manage day-to-day execution by removing obstacles, escalating risks and decisions, and providing clear updates to sponsors and affected business areas.
  • •Support continuous improvement and change management, including workshops, process mapping, training materials, readiness plans, adoption of new tools/controls, and sustainment.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience leading large-scale projects, programs, or process transformation in a complex, matrixed corporate environment.
  • •Experience with process improvement, operating model design, change management, and value realization in finance or accounting-related functions.
  • •5+ years of progressive project/program/process improvement or transformation experience, with accounting/finance operations or enterprise transformation preferred.
  • •Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, and SharePoint to manage plans, backlogs, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
  • •Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit readiness preferred.
