Job Summary

Support high-volume commercial transactions for Sales, Channel/Alliances, and Customer Success by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating standard agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, order forms, and evaluation/trial terms. Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to keep deals moving, balancing speed and risk. Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate high volumes of commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, order forms, and evaluation/trial agreements.
•Support Sales and Customer Success in closing deals efficiently while aligning with company risk guidelines.
•Review and respond to customer contract requests, including redlines on standard agreements and occasional customer paper.
•Partner with Sales and RevOps to keep deals moving and unblock contract-related issues; escalate more complex or non-standard issues appropriately.
•Maintain and improve standard templates, clause libraries, and contract workflows; collaborate with Security/Privacy to ensure contract terms align with business and product.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 93,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Law degree from an accredited law school.
•3–5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house, focused on commercial technology transactions.
•Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to give succinct, actionable advice to non-lawyers in English.
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
•Comfort leveraging AI and legal tech tools to streamline drafting, review, and knowledge management and develop AI playbooks/workflows/agents with Legal ops.
