Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and ship automations that actually matter across IT Operations and design scalable, end-to-end workflows
  • •Lead complex, cross-functional IT programmes from initiation through delivery, coordinating across stakeholders
  • •Own compliance and certification workstreams, ensuring controls and audit readiness
  • •Drive tooling strategy and rationalisation to reduce complexity and cut costs
  • •Keep projects moving with clear communication to Engineering, Legal, Finance and People, and manage workload planning

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in an IT technical or infrastructure role with ability to build the bridge yourself
  • •Automation-first mindset with a track record of reducing repetitive work and scaling operations
  • •Understanding of IT security frameworks, particularly ISO 27001, and audit readiness
  • •Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 administration at enterprise level
  • •Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and lightweight scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
