Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions, including Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Product Engineering, Security, Data, Product Management, Design, and Technical Operations.
•Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to understand organizational priorities and develop hiring strategies aligned with company goals.
•Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and community engagement.
•Identify and engage exceptional passive candidates from top technology companies, startups, and research institutions.
•Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruiting agency.
•Demonstrated success hiring software engineers and technical talent across multiple levels, from early-career hires through senior and staff-level candidates.
•Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive technical candidates in competitive talent markets.
•Experience recruiting for highly technical domains such as infrastructure, distributed systems, backend engineering, machine learning, AI, security, developer tools, or platform engineering.
•Ability to develop credibility and influence with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
