Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide individualized ABA therapy to clients one-on-one under the supervision of a BCBA, helping implement treatment plans and support skill development, communication, and independence. You’ll collect and record accurate session data, work toward behavior-reduction goals, and maintain positive rapport with clients and families. The role includes ongoing training and professional development related to ABA and special education, plus supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.
