Key Responsibilities

•Execute program concepts and initiatives to accelerate entertainment content growth in the UK.
•Lead end-to-end project management, define and track program success metrics, and deliver performance reporting with actionable insights.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, GBS, Comms) to ensure compliant budgets and smooth administrative processes.
•Manage and negotiate with external suppliers to deliver programs and events aligned on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
•Manage a portfolio of UK entertainment publishers, develop partnership agreements, and support publishers at scale with TikTok tools, analytics, and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Proven media experience in partner management, TV/Film social content, or a similar role.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
•Interest and local knowledge of entertainment and fan content on TikTok.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of the digital content landscape and ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions.
