Key Responsibilities

•Own the company\'s global tax strategy, compliance, and reporting across jurisdictions; lead income tax provisions and indirect tax compliance for retail/e-commerce.
•Oversee treasury functions including global cash and liquidity management, forecasting, bank relations, intercompany funding, and risk management.
•Partner with the CFO and cross-functional teams on capital structure, debt management, and strategic finance initiatives; ensure governance and controls are built for audit readiness.
•Drive automation and system improvements across tax and treasury operations (NetSuite, Ramp) to scale with growth and complexity.
•Lead and mentor the Tax & Treasury team, partnering with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Supply Chain, and Technology to embed tax and treasury considerations into business decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive Tax and Treasury experience in a multinational, multi-entity organization.
•Experience managing external tax advisors and deciding when to insource vs outsource as the function matures.
•Hands-on experience with cash flow forecasting and modeling, banking relationships, covenant reporting, FX hedging, and intercompany treasury in a multi-currency environment.
•Experience supporting international expansion, including entity setup and cross-border structuring.
•Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; NetSuite and Ramp experience preferred.
