Job Summary

Accelerate AI tooling transformation by treating developer experience as a product. Define DevEx strategy, drive platform adoption, and deliver measurable gains in productivity, quality, and reliability. Design and optimize CI/CD and lifecycle automation, build developer tools and golden paths, and reduce tooling fragmentation. Partner with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to eliminate friction across build/test/deploy/ops, improve multi-cloud infrastructure, and iterate on reliable AI-assisted and agent-based evaluation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive DevEx strategy across engineering organizations aligned to business priorities.
•Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and lifecycle automation platforms.
•Build developer tools and automation to simplify and expedite the software development lifecycle from requirements through release.
•Define and promote golden paths and reduce tooling fragmentation via consolidation, defaults, and standardization.
•Identify and eliminate friction across build, test, deployment, and operations workflows while improving reliability and infrastructure across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 172,000 - 202,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years professional software engineering with at least 3 years focused on developer productivity, platform engineering, or internal tooling.
•Hands-on coding skills in one or more modern languages such as Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Kotlin, or Swift.
•Deep experience with CI/CD systems, build infrastructure, testing frameworks, and deployment automation.
•Demonstrated ability to influence engineering practices across multiple teams or organizations.
•Experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows such as coding agents or LLM evaluation pipelines.
