Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect the long-term enterprise roadmap for distributed AI telemetry, streaming data engineering, and developer insight frameworks.
  • •Evolve the internal developer telemetry platform from high-performance agent hook architecture into a stateless, low-latency utility at scale.
  • •Deploy ML/AI intelligence capabilities (including LLM-as-a-Judge) to score code complexity, categorize AI use cases, and calculate AI ROI.
  • •Own the end-to-end data strategy, shifting from batch reporting to real-time event-driven architectures using a Medallion data structure feeding the enterprise data lake.
  • •Enforce privacy-by-design governance through automated PII masking, token management, and secret filtering, while mentoring and contributing directly to systems and code patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
  • •At least 5 years in big data engineering, distributed computing, or data architecture (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Kinesis, ClickHouse, Snowflake, or cloud data warehouses).
  • •At least 4 years building and optimizing production-grade ML/AI lifecycles, pipelines, or frameworks.
  • •At least 2 years of cloud computing experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
