Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing ideas, suggestions, and concerns.
  • •Learn and assist across store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown, loyalty promotions, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Partner with Store Management to improve personal sales KPIs and follow asset protection policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •Possess at least O Level or above.
  • •Have at least 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Be fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
  • •Be able to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays, and use basic computer tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, email) plus retail POS systems.
