Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific construction management procedures.
  • •Implement the overall Project Execution Plan activities to construct the facility and pre-commission for startup.
  • •Support timely delivery and ensure contract requirements are satisfied, with technical and quality compliance and preparation of quality plans/documents.
  • •Assess and improve working practices, systems, personal and team performance; manage construction cost and schedule.
  • •Manage RFIs and field change process, maintain documentation/logs, and coordinate with vendors; provide input to build sequence and risk-manage schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience managing construction projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent small capital projects ($100K–$10M).
  • •Proven capability supervising construction trades across mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural, piping, and process disciplines.
  • •Experience working within an EPCM program structure and strong understanding of construction in cGMP environments.
  • •Currently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship from Wood.
