Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute contract manufacturing strategy across L6, L10, and L11 for global CM/ODM/JDM/EMS partners.
•Identify, evaluate, select, and onboard CM/ODM/JDM/EMS partners to support NPI, pilot builds, and production ramps.
•Own executive-level supplier relationships, business reviews, escalations, and long-term partnership planning.
•Lead contract manufacturing capacity planning to ensure factory readiness for NPI and ramp phases.
•Negotiate product costing, NRE, CapEx, tooling, payment terms, warranty, and capacity commitments; manage RFQ/RFP processes and cost negotiations.
