Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all front of the house (customer) and back-of-house (employee) areas.
  • •Maintain hotel elevator landings by vacuuming, cleaning surfaces including glass and furniture, dusting, and removing trash/recycling.
  • •Cover lobby, public areas, and fitness center as needed; vacuum carpets and mop floors.
  • •Collect and transport dirty glassware to stewarding for washing; return clean glassware to service areas.
  • •Notify supervisor promptly of any guestroom/suite issues or maintenance needs.
