Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead workshops and working sessions to reimagine GRM processes and define AI-native future-state visions.
  • •Drive the mindset shift from adding AI to existing processes to designing workflows natively around intelligent agents.
  • •Champion consistent execution of Circle’s AI risk management framework, ensuring AI-native processes are risk-assessed, controlled, and governed with human-in-the-loop oversight.
  • •Own the development and delivery of pivotal GRM AI applications, from scoping and requirements through testing, launch, adoption, and impact measurement.
  • •Coordinate with Circle’s central AI team and AI leaders across the enterprise, and provide GRM-level transformation reporting to leadership and risk committees.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 157,500 - 205,000 annually

  • •7+ years leading business process transformation, operational excellence, consulting, or product/program management initiatives that changed how work gets done.
  • •Reimagine and optimize complex business processes, mapping current state, designing future state, and driving organizational and mindset change.
  • •Fluency with modern AI concepts (generative AI and agentic/AI-native), with experience designing process workflows around AI capabilities.
  • •Cross-functional delivery experience end to end: vision, scoping, build/testing, launch, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
