Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic partner to regional Sales leadership, providing input on complex or high-risk opportunities and supporting pipeline health and delivery-ready deal structures.
  • •Partner with in-region Solution Architects on delivery models, scope assumptions, staffing approach, and timelines.
  • •Lead weekly vertical inspections to assess project health, risks, and compliance; deliver a weekly regional summary to global IS leadership highlighting wins, trends, risks, and blockers.
  • •Capture regional delivery insights and feed structured feedback to IS leadership, Product, and Marketing; represent the region in engagement model evolution and OCI initiatives.
  • •Drive rigor across core processes: handoffs, role ownership, program deliverables, delivery quality and internal compliance; feed regional insights to leadership.
