Provide remote, entry-level technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving incidents, ensuring service is restored and SLAs are met. Monitor service delivery, document and close tickets, escalate unresolved incidents, and coordinate recovery and preventative measures while updating ticketing tools, portals, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle support requests according to procedures and identify, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents following agreed processes.
•Use service assurance tools to investigate problems, collect performance statistics, create reports, and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
•Maintain secure, accurate, complete configuration items (CIs) and apply processes to track, log, and correct CI-related information.
•Escalate unresolved incidents, follow up until resolved, and provide service recovery after incident resolution.
•Document and close incidents, update ticketing tools/portals/systems, and coordinate with stakeholders to investigate root causes and implement preventative remedies.

Key Requirements

•Entry level knowledge of vendor technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ARC, Audio Codes, PeterCOnnect, Sonus).
•Entry level knowledge of management agent concepts, redundancy concepts, and remote console architecture within the supported domain.
•Entry level experience in security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, and Proxy.
•Entry level experience in technical support to clients and in diagnosis and troubleshooting.
•Entry level experience providing remote support in security technologies.
