Executive Quantity Surveyor

Lead pre- and post-contract cost management for architectural, infrastructure, and structural projects. You will review drawings and specifications, prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, tender and subcontract documents, and manage variation orders, valuations, budgets, and payment claims. Coordinate subcontractor work, track project progress, advise on contractual claims, and ensure compliance with statutory building regulations while supporting and mentoring junior team members.
