Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
•3+ years of implementing and managing Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools (e.g., Minitab, JPM) to drive yield improvements and reduce defects
•3+ years experience in CAD for designing tooling, fixtures and 3D fixturing
•5+ years of hands-on experience in a factory or shop floor setting, specifically working with complex hardware such as microelectronics, circuit cards (CCAs), or aerospace systems
•The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
