Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership for mortgage document indexing, lien release, and MERS assignment processing operations.
•Oversee teams indexing and classifying scanned and electronic loan documents across U.S. Bank systems.
•Oversee teams performing lien release and MERS assignment data entry plus first-pass quality review.
•Ensure accurate, timely, compliant processing that supports Data Capture workflows and maintains document and data integrity.
•Enable audit-ready, state-compliant lien release and assignment outcomes with final validation completed by U.S. Bank

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Six to ten years of total experience in Operational Activities.
•Two to three years of relevant experience in an Operations Manager or team management role.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and MS Teams.
