Key Responsibilities

  • •Articulate and evangelize a bold technical vision for the Card Tech domain.
  • •Decompose complex problems into practical, operational solutions and ensure quality of technical design and implementation.
  • •Serve as an authoritative expert on non-functional system characteristics like performance, scalability, and operability.
  • •Modernize monolithic systems into microservices and event-driven platforms; define long-term platform strategy and API standards with architecture leaders.
  • •Act as a Player-Coach: ship high-leverage code, mentor engineers, and lead cross-divisional projects that strengthen technical best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).
  • •At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, including enterprise architecture and design patterns.
  • •Cloud computing experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
  • •Data architecture experience and strong background translating complex architectures into actionable designs.
  • •7+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and networking protocols/integration with third-party distributed systems; expertise applying agentic AI coding tools.
