Job Summary

Contribute to Help AG’s Cyber Automation team within Managed Security Services by building and improving automation and AI initiatives. Develop code (primarily in Python) and work with FortiSOAR to automate MSS operations using agentic AI, AI tools/frameworks, and APIs. Support AI model development and training, test and document solution functionalities, and stay current on AI and automation research.

•Work on agentic AI, AI tools, and frameworks to automate MSS operations.
•Develop code primarily in Python and work with FortiSOAR (SOAR solution).

•Assist with demonstrations, testing solution functionalities, and documenting outcomes.
•Research and suggest new ideas in AI and automation while staying updated on advancements.

•Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.
•Good knowledge of Python programming and other AI-development languages.

•Problem-solving mindset with strong written/verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
