Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform factory-authorized maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related products.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair engines, electrical systems, suspensions, transmissions, and drivetrains per Harley-Davidson factory standards.
  • •Complete performance tuning, custom upgrades, and accessory installations.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate of MMI (Motorcycle Mechanics Institute), UTI motorcycle program, or equivalent formal motorcycle technician training.
  • •Professional experience as a motorcycle technician, with Harley-Davidson experience strongly preferred.
  • •Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs independently in accordance with Harley-Davidson standards.
  • •Valid motorcycle endorsement on your driver’s license.
  • •Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening.
