Key Responsibilities

•Perform factory-authorized maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related products.
•Troubleshoot and repair engines, electrical systems, suspensions, transmissions, and drivetrains per Harley-Davidson factory standards.
•Complete performance tuning, custom upgrades, and accessory installations.
•Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and ensure motorcycles meet factory specifications and safety requirements.
•Execute warranty, recall, and customer-pay repairs with accurate documentation using the dealership’s repair order system.

Key Requirements

•Graduate of MMI (Motorcycle Mechanics Institute), UTI motorcycle program, or equivalent formal motorcycle technician training.
•Professional experience as a motorcycle technician, with Harley-Davidson experience strongly preferred.
•Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs independently in accordance with Harley-Davidson standards.
•Valid motorcycle endorsement on your driver’s license.
•Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening.
