Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end Spanish payroll cycle, including input collection/verification, payslip checks, reconciliations, and ensuring accurate on-time payments.
  • •Handle payroll queries and provide timely, human support to employees.
  • •Coordinate with external payroll and benefits providers to keep data flows accurate and meet deadlines.
  • •Automate People Operations workflows (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes) using Workday and AI tools.
  • •Maintain data quality across HR, payroll, finance, and accounting systems and build dashboards to track key metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5+ years of hands-on experience processing Spanish payroll.
  • •Solid understanding of Spanish social security, tax requirements, and employment legislation.

  • •Excellent communication in English (Spanish goes without saying).
