Key Responsibilities

•Support the engineering and design of overhead and underground electric distribution systems (typically 4kV–35kV) under supervision.
•Perform basic engineering calculations related to conductor sizing, voltage drop, equipment loading, and system layouts.
•Develop and review distribution design packages, including plan and profile drawings, equipment layouts, and construction details, in coordination with designers and CAD staff.
•Apply established utility standards, specifications, and engineering direction to ensure designs meet technical and safety requirements.
•Assist with design level QA/QC reviews and address review comments under the guidance of senior engineers.
