Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce performance motion creatives for ads (focused on Meta), including interface animations, dynamic videos, and kinetic typography.
  • •Implement detailed briefs and scripts from the Creative Marketing Manager, from hook to CTA.
  • •Iterate quickly through close collaboration with UA and Creative teams, analyzing creative performance (CTR, CR) and improving based on data.
  • •Build a scalable system of templates, presets, and assets to produce many variations without losing speed or quality.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in motion design for digital products (Middle level) with a strong portfolio of performance creatives.
  • •Strong Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro) skills and understanding of the full video production cycle from storyboard to final render.
  • •Practical experience using AI tools for video and graphics generation to speed up production and create variations (e.g., Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Sora, Seedance).
  • •Deep understanding of performance ad video structure (hook, main part, CTA) and how animation affects attention and conversion.
  • •Ability to produce high volume and variation (dozens of iterations for testing), and a startup mindset to build processes and brand assets from scratch.
