•Define and communicate a clear technical vision, ensuring best practices in architecture and software development and acting as final authority on critical decisions.
•Advise CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders, leading discovery workshops and translating business objectives into technical strategies and solution proposals.
•Oversee technical execution to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability, monitoring project health and risks to deliver successful outcomes.
•Lead team resourcing and talent development, fostering a culture of excellence, mentorship, and innovation across teams.
•Manage financial and operational oversight including project burn-down, resource allocation, and maintaining financial accountability.
