Key Responsibilities

  • •Train with multiple NDE Inspectors to gain on-the-job training (OJT).
  • •Use OJT and self-study to prepare for and pass certification examinations and practical tests.
  • •Perform NDE inspections using the applicable NDE methods.
  • •Interpret, evaluate, communicate, and report findings to production and engineering teams.
  • •Interpret and review engineering drawings and support development of NDE inspection techniques for complex geometries.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •Pursue training and certification across required NDE methods and complete practical tests.
  • •Become certified in assigned NDE methods such as PT, VT, UT/PAUT, RT/DR, MT, or related techniques in line with ASNT-TC-1A, NAS-410, or DOD guidance.
  • •Ability to work all shifts (day or night), including overtime and weekends as needed.
  • •ITAR eligibility: applicant must be a U.S. citizen/national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
