Key Responsibilities

  • •Set clinical platform vision, strategy, and roadmap for the validated patient record, patient identity, service catalog, composition grammar, and authoring surface across human and AI-agent users.
  • •Serve as DRI for the extended networks platform, owning partner integrations and driving coverage outcomes with internal teams and external partners.
  • •Publish and version contracts/interfaces for internal and external teams, running migrations and deprecations without stalling roadmaps.
  • •Drive platform-level care composition by defining what services require/produce and how services combine across licensure, modality, and supply source.
  • •Lead work to make the patient record trustworthy by owning schema, validation rules, and integrations that write into it.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management experience, including owning platform/infrastructure/API products other engineering teams built on.
  • •Experience abstracting hard-coded behavior into data-driven, configurable systems and understanding what breaks when configuration is wrong.
  • •Ability to model core entities and lifecycle, ship versioned interfaces, and manage deprecations other teams depend on.
  • •Comfort delivering in high-stakes, auditable environments where misconfiguration has real consequences (e.g., safety, compliance, access control).
  • •Ability to set multi-year vision and prioritize and drive impact as a team with patient-centered outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
