Job Summary

Lead Cyera’s AI security technical motion across strategic customer engagements, working closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Field CTO teams. Serve as a senior AI security subject matter expert who runs discovery sessions, technical deep dives, POVs, demos, and proof-of-value strategies. Translate customer needs into product and engineering feedback, support AI security messaging and content with PMM, and scale field enablement through thought leadership and reusable playbooks.

•Serve as a senior AI security subject matter expert for customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
•Lead AI-focused discovery sessions, technical deep dives, workshops, and strategic POV design with customer stakeholders.
•Design and deliver AI security demos, solution narratives, and proof-of-value approaches; improve repeatability of evaluations and POVs.
•Bring structured field insights back into Product and Engineering to identify product gaps, recurring friction points, and high-value requirements.
•Partner with PMM on AI security messaging and contribute to technical content; help uplevel field AI security fluency through enablement and thought leadership.

•Significant experience in senior technical roles such as Principal Technologist, Principal Solutions Architect, AI Security Architect, Distinguished Sales Engineer, or Field Architect.
•Strong customer-facing experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, data security, AI security, or adjacent domains.
•Deep understanding of modern AI and GenAI environments, including governance challenges, data exposure risks, and security controls.
•Strong understanding of data security areas such as DSPM, DLP, IAM, and AI application risk, including model and data governance and security architecture.
•Experience engaging technical practitioners and senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
