Job Summary

Own operational control activities within Loan Servicing, reconciling daily and monthly transactions across DDAs and the General Ledger. Execute tasks in the Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP), monitor inbound wire activity and inbox requests, and balance and post new loan and credit card entries. Investigate out-of-balance situations, process loss mitigation entries into Credit MIS, and ensure work complies with bank policies, laws, and regulations while meeting metrics with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•Reconcile DDAs and General Ledger accounts.
•Complete loan servicing operational controls tasks in the MSP system.
•Receive daily wires and notify the responsible department; monitor the operational controls email inbox.
•Balance and post new loan entries to GL and settle credit card transactions to GL.
•Reconcile and process loss mitigation entries into Credit MIS and ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 31 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (BA/BS) required.
•Knowledge of mortgage loan servicing required.
•Ability to investigate out-of-balance situations with minimal supervision and know when to escalate.
•Demonstrated strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency operating office equipment and business tools, including personal computer and spreadsheets.
