Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead capital projects from concept to completion on time and on budget while meeting safety, food safety, and environmental standards.
  • •Develop and execute advanced maintenance strategies, including preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM, to improve uptime and production reliability.
  • •Lead and inspire the maintenance team through task delegation, policy enforcement, and safety-first planning aligned with standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Troubleshoot daily operational challenges and drive long-term fixes to minimize recurring issues.
  • •Develop and track maintenance KPIs (e.g., equipment reliability and overall equipment effectiveness) and manage people performance through coaching and collaboration with HR.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field and 10+ years of engineering management experience (or equivalent combination).
  • •5+ years’ experience in a leadership role including team development and management.
  • •Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical areas (e.g., PLCs and instrumentation) and ability to lead resource planning in a large manufacturing environment.
  • •Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, and TPM.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
