Key Responsibilities

•Review, reconcile, and maintain accounts receivable ledgers on a daily basis
•Process and apply contribution payments from policyholders and firm administrators, ensuring timely posting to policy accounts
•Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to unapplied cash, credits, or billing
•Coordinate and manage the monthly billing process for trusts to meet SLA metrics
•Collaborate with customer service, IT and finance teams to address policyholder inquiries and resolve billing or payment disputes

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of accounting and/or financial analytics experience (internship or work experience)

•Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines for SLA, close and reporting requirements
•High attention to accuracy in processing payments, preparing reports and entering adjustments
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
