Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service and help customers with account-related inquiries and basic banking services.
  • •Process a wide range of teller transactions accurately, including cash deposits/withdrawals, transfers, remittances, and cheque-related transactions.
  • •Verify customer identity and transaction documentation and ensure transactions follow delegated authority limits and operational procedures.
  • •Maintain cash drawer balancing standards by reconciling transactions daily and safeguarding cash and security items.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • •0–2 years of experience in banking, customer service, retail operations, or cash handling.
  • •Fresh UAE National graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • •Prior teller or branch banking experience is an added advantage.
  • •Proficiency in Arabic and English communication, with strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
