Key Responsibilities

•Be the primary onboarding expert for new customers, conducting initial discovery sessions and building personalized onboarding plans.
•Guide customers through post-sale onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff from sales to implementation.
•Identify adoption gaps and create tailored success plans to accelerate time-to-value and feature adoption.
•Support migrations, including SSO and plan prerequisites, and help troubleshoot blockers during onboarding.
•Translate customer goals into actionable recommendations and collaborate with Product/Engineering to address friction points.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience helping customers derive business value from technology
•Strong customer-facing engagement and ability to present to executives
•Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay focused under pressure
•Consultative mindset with ability to translate business goals into practical recommendations
•Technical fluency with software solutions and comfortable learning new tools
