•Roadmap Execution: Translate business objectives into technical requirements and act as project liaison and lead analyst, driving prioritization with leadership.
•Orchestration: Design advanced automations to speed up post-sales lifecycle and reduce inefficiencies across business units.
•Data & Agentic processes: Leverage ticketing and AI agents to automate lifecycle practices and maximize high-value interactions.
•Cross-Functional Partnership: Liaise between Customer Success, User Operations, RevOps, and GTM Systems to optimize user experience and prioritization decisions.
•Systems Governance: Maintain data integrity, deduplication, and system audits; document data models and processes for scalable growth.

•5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst in consulting or a high-growth tech company

•Demonstrated AI-first principles and familiarity with agentic applications (e.g., Claude, Lovable, n8n, Replit)
•Strong analytical and BI skills with the ability to tell data-driven stories and gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders
