Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical examinations.
  • •Diagnose and treat chronic and episodic conditions, assess medication responses, and adjust treatments as appropriate.
  • •Prescribe medications and recommend treatments within scope of practice and prescribing authority.
  • •Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests; develop individualized treatment plans, goals, and prognoses.
  • •Complete clinical documentation and manage electronic health record tasks and provider action queues; participate in multidisciplinary case staffing and integrated care collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Current Arizona license as a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Family/Individual across the lifespan, including full prescribing authority.
  • •Completion of an accredited/approved Nurse Practitioner program and board certification.
  • •Ability to provide safe, high-quality patient care within professional scope of practice.
  • •Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with effective collaboration across physicians, providers, and clinical staff.
  • •Must have or be able to obtain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance; BLS certification (or obtain within 10 business days).
