Key Responsibilities

•Support monthly/quarterly/annual close activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and expense trend analyses with auditable approvals.
•Prepare statutory accounts mapping to US GAAP and local GAAP, with notes to financial statements and bridge calculations.
•Assist auditors during statutory and internal audits and respond to queries.
•Collaborate with FP&A to analyze expense trends and assist with tax-related filings and statutory reporting.
•Continuously improve close processes and maintain up-to-date process documentation.

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of experience in Record to Report with demonstrated ability in technical accounting (Lease Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Corporate Accounting) in a third-party or captive environment.
•Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP, IFRS) and corporate accounting policies and procedures.
•Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and ability to develop/apply SOX requirements.
•Experience coordinating statutory audits/internal audits and handling Goods and Services Tax (GST).
•Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to coordinate with multiple departments and auditors.
