  • •Define and own the end-to-end testing strategy for a large, multi-market program, including UAT cycle design, reporting, and governance.
  • •Lead and coordinate multiple market test leads, ensuring structured defect management and transparent reporting to senior leadership.
  • •Define and enforce entry and exit criteria for UAT and production release.
  • •Ensure strong test governance, environment planning, and readiness across parallel SIT and UAT cycles where required.
