Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform MYH Compliance Assurance activities and contribute to assurance execution using the CA methodology, ensuring policies and procedures remain fit for purpose.
  • •Ensure CA activities provide adequate coverage of the Group’s key compliance risks in coordination with Global Compliance teams.
  • •Support review scope definition and preparation of the country CA Indicative Annual Plan; provide education and support to CA specialists.
  • •Prepare stakeholder reports with ratings and owners/actions; inform Risk Owners and Control Owners on design and operational effectiveness of controls.
  • •Escalate significant control deficiencies, monitor changes to global standards, and contribute to consolidated management information for senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years proven relevant business, audit experience, or equivalent.
  • •Strong risk assessment, control, and testing skills, with preferably audit-related experience.
  • •Experience across a range of business activities, product lines, and regulatory topics.
  • •Knowledge of financial services and an understanding of the changing regulatory landscape for compliance organizations.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities.
