Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Zurich’s commercial insureds in all phases of insurance defense litigation.
  • •Handle initial investigation, legal analysis, damages evaluation, and legal pleadings and filings.
  • •Conduct legal research and manage pre-trial discovery and preparation for hearings and trials.
  • •Aggressively handle hearings and trials, including post-trial activities where appropriate.
  • •Mentor less experienced attorneys and provide leadership, training, and collaboration across the organization.
