Job Summary

Oversee on-site construction activities for a large mining EPCM project, coordinating civil, structural, mechanical and earthworks scopes across open pit and underground environments. Lead safety, schedule, cost and quality with field teams, contractors and engineering groups to deliver compliant, efficient mine infrastructure and processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead construction oversight for mine infrastructure, processing facilities, and related support facilities, ensuring alignment with engineering design, specifications, and regulatory standards.
•Manage construction contractors, subcontractors, and field teams, including performance oversight related to safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
•Serve as the primary interface between owner, contractor, and engineering teams to ensure efficient communication and risk mitigation.
•Coordinate with design engineers, geotechnical teams, and project stakeholders to support constructability, sequencing, and field modifications.
•Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
•7-10 years of relevant experience in large-scale heavy civil construction, process facilities, and/or mining infrastructure (haul roads, underground access, tailings systems, etc.).
•Hands-on construction management experience in active mining settings, with preference for open pit and underground project exposure.
•Knowledge of mineral processing facilities (crushing, milling, recovery circuits) and prior processing plant construction experience preferred.
•Understanding of heap leach pad construction, stacking systems, solution management, and environmental controls; safety training (MSHA/OSHA 30-hour) preferred.
