Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
  • •7-10 years of relevant experience in large-scale heavy civil construction, process facilities, and/or mining infrastructure (e.g., haul roads, underground access, waste rock, tailings, support facilities).
  • •Hands-on construction management experience in active mining settings, with strong preference for open pit and underground development experience.
  • •Knowledge of mineral processing facility development and construction (e.g., crushing, milling, recovery circuits), with processing plant construction experience preferred.
  • •Commitment to safety, including preference for MSHA and OSHA 30-hour training; must pass drug test and background check and have satisfactory driving record.
