Serve as a subject matter expert, deliver procurement contracts training, and participate or lead projects improving global contracting processes.

•Align Contracts Center of Excellence (CCOE) activities to the category management strategy and identify vendors requiring contracts.
•Draft commercial contract language and negotiate supplier contracts.
•Analyze supplier data and provide options to category management during contract negotiations.
•Provide regular contract status updates to management and support global supply chain stakeholders with contracting subject matter expertise.
•Lead or participate in global contracting-process projects and deliver procurement contracts training courses.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of work experience, or a minimum of 5 years of work experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
•Proficiency in CLM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
•Ability to handle multiple priorities and identify creative solutions to complex problems.
•Ability to develop actionable results, gain cross-functional support, and implement successfully.
•Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills.
