Key Responsibilities

  • •Support high-volume, transactional relocation and immigration cases from initiation through completion.
  • •Provide timely guidance to employees and stakeholders on mobility policies, processes, timelines, and required actions.
  • •Coordinate with relocation and immigration vendors to support timely case progression and issue resolution.
  • •Monitor and manage Global Mobility ServiceNow cases and shared mailbox inquiries; maintain accurate documentation and escalate complex matters.
  • •Coordinate relocation and immigration activities, track milestones and updates (including Workday), and maintain reporting for HR and Finance partners.
